I am from Swindon, I graduated from the University of Warwick in July 2025 with an MPhys degree, completing my masters project on 'Structural and Magnetic changes in crystals confined within carbon nanotubes' supervised by Dr Jeremy Sloan. I was awarded the Styles Prize for excellence in the 4th year Physics class. I joined QM in October 2025 as a PhD student, part of the first cohort of the Superconductivity CDT.
I am interested in strongly correlated materials, especially superconductors. I am interested in how these materials can be grown and then understood experimentally, in particular what we can learn from the evolution of electronic structure near the superconducting transition.
